About Vard
Vard has always had a knack for intentional listening and building healthy relationships. As a loving wife, daughter, aunt–and in her former life as an educator–she is a practiced and proud empathetic communicator. Vard is also a curious and impassioned conversationalist, and will discuss the intersections of beauty, style, mental health, environmental advocacy to anyone who will listen to hours on end.
Central to Vard's core beliefs as an LA-based Style Coach is understanding and embracing one's unique personality. By building confidence in yourself, you'll learn to flaunt what makes you YOU through your own distinct style. It's the most efficient way, Vard says, in becoming the best version of yourself and achieving your goals.
With a Master's in Education and a passion for style, Vard pursued certification from the Style Coaching Institute in London and has since embraced her full-time career as a Style Coach in sunny Los Angeles, California.
My Style Coaching Philosophy for a Rewarding Life
My philosophy is that beauty and confidence come from within, and all the external things like style and fashion are reflections of the light shining from inside you. That's where I begin with my clients. We will first discuss your passions, strengths, and talents and then discuss your many goals and how you can best achieve them. Using amazing tools, you and I will create a personal style that reflects your beauty with a wardrobe and self-care you'll love!
To better understand why I do what I do, you'll need to understand my background and my story. I'm from Armenia, which is a small mountainous country between Asia and Europe. I come from a traditional family with solid morals, and it wasn't until I left to explore the world that I gained independence and was able to embrace the modern world.
Now I live in beautiful West Hollywood, California. Here, I take a dual approach to style coaching, where personal styling meets life coaching to create a more rewarding lifestyle for my clients. More than merely fashion-conscious, LA is a city of style. People are unique and talented and love to show their individuality in their fashion and lifestyles. I help my clients to show up in their lives as the incredible people they are. I am passionate about being an LA-based Personal Style Coach!
Following her certification, Vard returned to the sun-drenched city of Los Angeles, California, where she embarked on her full-time career as a Style Coach. Since then, she has leveraged her expertise and unique approach to help clients embrace their individuality, boost their confidence, and reflect their personality through their style.

The 7-Style Approach is about finding a style that expresses your most authentic personality. The system highlights seven distinct style archetypes to help you pinpoint a look or feel that is uniquely yours. The process of finding a style that suits you best is aided by having some reference styles to see what you like and feel good about. It's a fun and exciting approach that will leave you understanding your personal style much better.
